This page explains the consent you provide when you submit a form on this site, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") and related laws. It is the full version of the consent language that appears next to the submit button.

01What you are agreeing to

By checking the consent box and clicking "Request My Personalized Equity Review" (or any similar submit button on this site), you provide your prior express written consent to be contacted by Rugged Ascend, LLC and by one or more participating licensed mortgage lenders, brokers, loan originators, and their authorized service providers ("participating companies") regarding mortgage and home equity products and related services.

You agree that these contacts may be made:

• By telephone call, including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice;
• By text message (SMS/MMS), including messages sent using automated technology; and
• By email.

You agree that these contacts may be made at the phone number and email address you provide, even if that number is on a state or the National Do Not Call Registry, and that they are made for marketing purposes related to the products described above.

02Who may contact you

Because this is a lead-generation platform, the information you submit may be shared with, and you may be contacted by, more than one participating company. The specific companies may vary based on your information and location. A record of your consent — including the date, time, the phone number and email you provided, and the exact disclosure text you agreed to — is retained to document your authorization.

03Message frequency & rates

• Message frequency varies based on your activity and the participating companies who contact you.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Consent to texts is for the mobile number you provide; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
